Terms of Use · Updated 21 July 2026
Use the room fairly.
The Workroom gives verified community members access to shared projects and third-party resources. By using the site, you agree to the rules below.
Member access
Access is personal to your verified Telegram account. Do not sell, share, automate, or transfer verification codes, sessions, invitation links, or protected resources to another person.
Community membership
You must remain in the required Telegram channel. Leaving the channel pauses website access. Rejoining can restore a membership-based suspension, while administrative suspensions still require review.
Fair use
Do not create alternate accounts to bypass limits, interfere with the service, scrape private information, overload protected links, or misuse Canva and other external services. Risk signals may send unusual activity to human review.
Referral event
Only genuinely new members who verify through a personal referral link, remain in the required Telegram channel, and pass security checks can count. Clean referrals qualify immediately. Existing accounts, self-referrals, purchased referrals, automation, and alternate accounts are excluded. Outage-era recovery claims and uncertain security matches require owner review. Leaving the channel or being suspended before fulfillment can remove referral credit.
Referral reward
Ten qualified referrals automatically unlock one reward. The member must DM @asimvirus on Telegram so the owner can send an authorized invitation outside the site. The event is operated by The Workroom and is not sponsored by Canva. Never promise another person payment or access on The Workroom’s behalf.
Capacity and availability
Protected resources can have limited capacity and may become full, change, or stop working. A displayed access count means invitations issued by The Workroom; it is not a live count of seats inside an external service.
External services
Canva, Telegram, and other linked services have their own rules and availability. The Workroom controls access to its redirect, but it cannot guarantee, revoke, or manage an invitation after the external service opens.
Reports and enforcement
Members can report broken links, full accounts, or misuse through the feedback page. Administrators may pause access, revoke sessions, or remove accounts when necessary to protect the community.
Changes
Projects, limits, and these terms may change as the community grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
